Riaz Sirajuddin, MD, FSCAI

Dr. Sirajuddin acquired his Bachelors degree from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri in 1991. He graduated from Indiana University School of Medicine and got his MD degree in 1995. Following medical school, he completed Internal Medicine Residency at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center between 1995-1998. Dr. Sirajuddin decided to work as a hospitalist at a rehabilitation facility for a year and decided to pursue his passion for Cardiology. He completed his Cardiovascular Fellowship during 1999-2002 at the University of Florida, Jacksonville, Florida. In 2002, he decided to start a private practice cardiology clinic called Heart Solutions of Oklahoma in Oklahoma City and continues to manage the clinic since. He is currently board certified in Cardiovascular Disease and Internal Medicine, specializes in interventional cardiology, peripheral vascular disease, congestive heart failure and preventive cardiovascular medicine. His integrity and ethical principles lead him to be appointed to the Oklahoma State Medical Board by Governor Brad Henry, in 2009 for a seven-year term. He is one of the best Cardiologists in the area.

He is extremely passionate about OKC Thunder basketball and many call him the “Biggest Thunder fan!” for valid reasons. In his free time, he enjoys travelling with family, watching movies, playing tower defense games and playing tennis. He is fluent in four languages (English, Tamil, Hindi and Urdu) and not so fluent in Spanish.

Jeff Martens, PA-C

He graduated from the University of Oklahoma Physician Associate program in 1994 and has been practising in Oklahoma for 25 years specializing in Internal medicine, Emergency medicine, cardiology, and interventional radiology. He is an avid fitness enthusiast and loves the outdoors and travelling.


Charlsie Record, APRN-CNP

Charlsie was born and raised in Oklahoma. She graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2011 and worked in a variety of areas including Oncology, Orthopedics, and Cardiology. She completed her Master of Science in Nursing through Kaplan University in May of 2017 and became a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She enjoys spending time with her three children and her husband, being outside, listening to music, and gathering with family. She truly enjoys being involved in the care of each patient and listening to their concerns and acting on their needs.


Randall Sharp, Pharm.D.,BCPS

Professor of Pharmacy Practice, Southwestern Oklahoma State University (SWOSU)
Has been faculty with SWOSU College of Pharmacy since 2001. Heart Solutions of Oklahoma has served as his practice site since 2006. The clinic serves as a rotation site for SWOSU pharmacy students each month as well as a Post Graduate Year 1 (PGY1) pharmacy resident every fall semester. His main role in the clinic is helping to optimize drug therapy regimens for patients as well as answering drug information requests from the clinic staff. Frequently conducts research and produces publications based on the patient population at Heart Solutions of Oklahoma. Has co-authored and published three peer-reviewed articles and four abstracts in national and international journals with Dr. Sirajuddin.
